Brad Taylor brings approximately 25 years of professional experience across organizational consulting, public service, behavioral health, community-based work, supervision, leadership, facilitation, training, and coaching.
He founded Brad Taylor Group in 2017, building on years of work in settings where communication, judgment, relationships, safety, competing perspectives, and complex human situations were central to the work.

A perspective shaped through practice

Brad Taylor's earlier work included homeless outreach, mobile mental health crisis response, education, public service, community organizing, and neighborhood-based engagement.
Those experiences provided opportunities to observe how people communicate, respond under pressure, build trust, navigate uncertainty, establish boundaries, coordinate support, and learn from difficult situations.
The lessons continued appearing in leadership, public service, workplace relationships, and organizational change.
Many of the ideas BTG is now articulating more explicitly have been present in Brad's work and practice for years.

The work continues to develop through client partnership, implementation, reflection, and learning.
That growth has expanded the way BTG can support organizations while preserving a consistent interest in the everyday choices that influence what happens next.

A NOTE FROM BRAD
Throughout my career, I have been interested in the ordinary choices that influence what happens next.
Brad Taylor Group grew out of a desire to help organizations pay closer attention to those moments and to the moments that surround them.
What excites me now is the opportunity to work with organizations more broadly - to support learning, leadership, communication, safety, team cohesion, and meaningful cultural development over time.
