WHO WE SERVE
Supporting staff who encounter people in distress
_____
BTG has particular experience supporting field and public-facing staff who encounter people in distress as part of otherwise operational roles, as well as teams whose work directly serves people experiencing homelessness, mental health distress, and other complex needs.
For some teams, these encounters are occasional but consequential; for others, they are central to the work. Our approach adapts accordingly, with attention to role, safety, communication, boundaries, support, and organizational context.
We work across many settings
_____
Brad Taylor Group has partnered with organizations in local and regional government; transportation; utilities; health and human services; public works, facilities, and operations; education; nonprofit and community service; and leadership and supervisory environments.
We begin with the organization in front of us.
“He really has taken the time to learn what we do and is approaching us with realistic ideas.”
— Session Participant
Organizations come to us for many reasons
_____
The work may involve strengthening communication, preparing leaders and teams for challenging situations, supporting safety and team cohesion, or helping learning remain useful over time. Our work is shaped by the organization, the people involved, and what they are working toward.
